But just because it's spring I don't automatically throw all of my autumn/winter pieces to the side! I just find ways of changing and adapting them to make them feel more spring/summery!

I think lace adds femininity to any outfit! It can also be worn in so many different ways! Whether it's just a lace blazer adding girly sophistication to a look, or lace detailing around the neckline of a dress or even sheer lace tops! I just love it. Another of my favourite materials is leather! I think every girl needs to invest in a leather jacket because they come in handy ALL the time! Real Leather is sometimes a bit pricey but just think of it as a lifetime investment! I also love leather skirts too! Again, a bit pricey but you can get 'leather look' alternatives that look equally as good!
